Appointments
How do I book an appointment?
Create a patient account, search for a doctor, choose a date and time, and submit your request. Once the doctor approves, complete payment to confirm your slot.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Approved appointments may be cancelled according to our cancellation policy. Refund eligibility depends on timing and whether payment was completed. See Terms of Service for details.
What happens after the doctor completes my visit?
You can view your prescription, leave a rating, and close the visit from the appointment detail page (Satisfied, Unsatisfied, or Dispute). If you take no action within 24 hours, the visit auto-completes.
Video & prescriptions
How do I join a video consultation?
Open your appointment from My Appointments after payment is approved. At the scheduled time, use the Join Video Call button on the appointment page. Allow camera and microphone access in your browser.
Where is my prescription?
After the doctor completes the visit, your prescription appears on the appointment page and under My Prescription. You can view or download it anytime.
Payments & account
Which payment methods are supported?
We support Safepay checkout and manual payment verification where enabled. Payment must be approved before your appointment is fully confirmed.
Is my medical information private?
Yes. Your health data is shared only with your treating doctors and authorized admins for support. Read our
