Platform role
Quick Care Connect facilitates connections between patients and licensed healthcare providers. We are a technology platform, not a medical provider. Doctors are responsible for clinical decisions made during consultations.

Content on the platform is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Appointments & payments
Appointments require doctor approval and successful payment where applicable. Cancellation and refund rules depend on timing and appointment status. Disputes may be reviewed by administrators.
User conduct
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use the service lawfully. Abuse, fraud, harassment, or misuse of recordings may result in suspension.
Post-visit review
After a consultation, patients may rate, confirm satisfaction, or dispute within the review window described on the appointment page. Unresolved disputes are handled by admin review.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Quick Care Connect is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited as allowed under applicable law.
