I get jaw tightness and upper chest discomfort in stressful periods. An ECG done recently was normal, but symptoms return in busy weeks. I am confused whether this is muscular tension, anxiety, or a heart warning. What should I monitor before next consultation?

A normal ECG is reassuring, but symptom pattern still matters. Track timing, exertion link, duration, and associated signs like breathlessness or sweating. If discomfort becomes exertional or persistent, seek repeat cardiac review; stress-management and posture work may also help if tension-related.
